While we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection, we absolutely want to make things right if your order arrives damaged.

🛍️ Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us immediately. To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • 📸 Send us a clear photo of the damaged item

  • 📦 Include a photo of the packaging if it appears to be damaged in transit

  • ⏱️ Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
